A technical center has been set up in Fujian production base. There are 108 technicians, including 12 senior engineers and 50 intermediate engineers. Established CAD/CAM work station and information management system; AVL-Excite PR module can simulate and analyze the performance of ring set and optimize design parameters and objectives.
The company has the ability of material composition analysis, metallographic analysis, tensile test, hardness test, roughness test, coating test and contour test, etc. From raw materials to finished products, we strictly comply with quality control requirements, to ensure product quality and meet the needs of customers.
The workshop has 5 steel ring production lines with a monthly production capacity of 8 million pcs; eight steel-segment oil ring production lines with a monthly capacity of 9 million pcs.
